It’s really important that we have this analysis from a senior member of the legal profession on the consequences for women of the BDMRR Bill. Every MP should read the article before the Bill comes to the House before its second reading. I remain perplexed that there has been no in depth coverage of this important issue from any reputable journalist. Self-censorship in a democratic society is worrying. Reply Sheryl White February 21, 2019 at 4:53 am Excellent article which elaborates helpfully the concerns and pitfalls regarding self-ID.
